- Where can I find size charts?
All products have a size chart included in each listing. Please compare these measurements to one similar product you already own that fits you well with the measurements in the size chart to ensure a proper fit prior to purchasing.
- What are your sizes like? Do they fit small/big?
Every single item is a little different. On each item we offer you an exact and unique sizing chart so you can measure to ensure 100% satisfaction!
In general, we suggest purchasing your normal size for a standard and a little loose fit (for slim body) and (+) 1-2 size bigger for longer and extra loose fit

How long does it take to receive my Item?
- On average, your item is produced and shipped 3-5 business days after purchase.
- Order from China are delivered between 10-15 business days in United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia
- Order from UK to UK are delivered in 3-6 business days
- Order from US to UK are delivered in 10-20 business days
- Order from US to US are delivered in 3-6 business days
- Order from US to AU and CA are delivered in 10-20 business days -
- Where's my order?
All of our products are made to order, which means we carefully craft each item just for you! Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the package. If it’s been more than 28 days and you haven’t received your package, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help!
- My tracking has not been updated, why?
It's VERY normal for it not to update for several days while it travels overseas, passes through customs, and gets registered into the local system. This is expected, and correct. It is the largest part of it's journey and it does ALL of that silently. The good news is, the next time it updates again, it will likely be very close to delivery.
- Where do you ship from?
Products are shipped from UK or US or China
Can I change product, colour or size after I made the order?
Yes! You have 24hrs to change product, size or colour of the products in your order. After 24hrs from the purchase date, the order becomes DEFINITIVE
NO cancellation, NO item change, NO item colour change are allowed after 24h for the purchase date.
- Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Please be sure to choose the correct colour, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive something just perfect for you. And be sure to double check your name and shipping address for accuracy too.

- I have received my order but it is damaged, what can you do to fix this problem?
We care about you and I wish you are 100% satisfied with your order.
If your order is arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send us a photo showing the damage to this email kawaiiamaishop@outlook.com
Sometimes can happen that during the shipping something can arrive broken or damage, after we have the proof with photos in most cases we send a new one.
If a product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days, after 7 days from when you receive your order we will not reship a product that is damage or broken (7 days from the date of delivery)

- I need my order ASAP! What are my options?
Please write us a message before purchase and we will see if we have an Express shipping for your country.
- Is there an additional fee or custom tax?
When sending packages overseas, various expenses such as custom fees may occur when importing in the country of the addressee.
With regard to various expenses such as customs, it is buyers' responsability to pay for these fees.
Policies on those taxes vary in each country.
Please note, we do not accept any under value request nor write gift on our packages.
