Refund policy
For any problem please contact us directly with a message, we will answer in 24hrs.
- Since all products are made to order, they are considered final and we don't accept return or exchange.
- Please double check your address, your personal info and check the tracking to be sure to receive the package.
When the order is shipped we cannot change the address.
- If you have put a wrong address and the order is already shipped you have to contact the shipping company when the package arrives in your country, we are not responsible of the additional cost the shipping company asks for the change of the shipping address.
- If the order is shipped from China and it is returned it will be automatically destroyed by the shipping company and we will not reship it or refund it, reprint and reshipping is up to the customer.
- We will make a refund for lost in transit order if the package is still not delivered after 28 business days from the shipping date and it is marked as in transit.
- If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we suggest you to check the shipping info, ask your neighbours if they have your package and going to your local post office and ask them to track the package and check where it was delivered. We will not make exchange or refund for a package marked as delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We strongly advice not to open a package with a cutter or scissors to avoid the item to be damaged.
- If you receive a damaged product, we need a photo of the product's damaged part, of the transparent package and the shipping label, without these photos we will not send a replacement. For damaged product we will only send a replacement, we will not issue a refund.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

- If a product is damaged or you receive a different item, please contact us within 7 days, after 7 days from when you receive your order we will not reship a product that is damage or broken (7 days from the date of delivery)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return/exchange refusals
- For the customer's own reason (size does not fit, colour is different from the image, etc.)
- Returns/exchange of damaged product without a return/exchange email or inquiry within 7 days of receipt
- If the return is not received within 3 weeks after the return notification
- Items that have been used once or washed
- Items without photos of damaged part and shipping label
- Items that have been stained, scratched, or repaired by the customer
- Items that are in a significantly different condition at the time of return from the time of delivery (including box and accessories)
Refunds
You can ask a refund of your order within 24hrs from the purchase, after this period your order will start production.

Custom and Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible of the time the customs keep the package.
- Order from China to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and Alaska: Shipping time is 15-35 business days.
Cancellation
We accept cancellation within 24hrs from the purchase.
