We ship our products from both the United Kingdom, United States and China, depending on the item warehouse location. This means that your order may arrive in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number and will arrive at different times. 

If your order includes items from both warehouses, separate shipping charges will apply.

Processing Time

We will start the production of your order after 24hrs from date of purchase

All Products are Made-to-order products, they are processed within 3–5 business days. During Holiday time, this may require additional time — any delays will be clearly noted on the product page.

Packaging

We use minimal packaging wherever possible to reduce waste — all items are securely wrapped to arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 business days, please contact us at kawaiiamaishop@outlook.com so we can help resolve the issue.

- Please double check your address, your personal info and check the tracking to be sure to receive the package.
When the order is shipped we cannot anymore change the address and orders from China will not return but it will be automatically destroyed by the shipping company.

- If you put a wrong address and the order is already shipped you have to contact the shipping company when the package arrives in your country, we are not responsible of the additional cost the shipping company asks for the change of the shipping address.
